CareCredit
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card.
It is mostly to use to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance and this card comes with special financing options not available with other cards.
We accept Gem CareCredit cards. For you, the user, interest doesn’t apply to short-term charges.
Short-term means six months and up to two years.
That is as long as you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount at the end of the promotional period.
This gives you time to save up for your dental work.
HCF More For Teeth Programme
You can become a Hospitals Contribution Fund (HCF) member. If you’re an HCF member with extras cover you can claim 100 per cent back on a range of the most common diagnostic and preventive services through a More for Teeth provider such as our dentist Toowoomba surgery here at Withers Dental. Included in the package is:
- One or two check-ups per year
- Scale and clean
- Fluoride treatment

MedicareChild Benefit Dental Scheme
Withers Dental is able to bulk bill children covered under the Child Dental Benefit Scheme from Medicare.
This means that children who are eligible and aged between 2-17 years can receive up to $1000 of dental care over a two-year period.
You can check your child’s eligibility by phoning. Take advantage of this benefit because it’ll give your child the best start to a healthy mouth and teeth.

Vouchers
We at Wither Dental welcome patients referred from the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service.
Patients are referred here with a voucher with a specific value of treatment they are entitled to.
This means that you won’t be out of pocket for any of the procedures the service has referred you to us to receive. Just don’t forget to present this voucher before your appointment.
BUPA
We are a BUPA preferred provider for BUPA Extra members.
An Extras means that you can claim back some health services like dental.
Depending on the level of your cover you can receive between 60 to 100 percent back on most general dental services like x-rays and check-ups.
HICAPS Machine
Thanks to this onsite facility we can claim from your health insurer immediately.
