Withers Dental has HICAPS machines which allow us to claim from your health insurer on the day of the appointment, leaving only the gap to cover. If you forget your health fund card, we can provide a statement after payment which you can take to your insurer to claim. We also accept debit cards, credit cards, personal cheques and cash payments. Unfortunately, we do not accept Diners Club or American Express. Payment of your account is due on the day of your appointment. We also offer a payment plan option through Gem Visa and we now accept Afterpay. CHILD DENTAL BENEFITs schedule – BULK BILL MEDICARE (CDBS)
Withers Dental offers bulk billing for children covered under the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Most children aged between two and 17 are eligible to receive up to $1000 worth of dental care over a two-year period. Check your child’s eligibility by phoning 132 011 or visit the Department of Health and Aging website for more information. Alternatively, ask one of our helpful reception team members to make the call for you.
DARLING DOWNS HOSPITAL AND HEALTH SERVICE VOUCHERS
DENTAL HOSPITAL VOUCHER SCHEME
Withers Dental is accepting patients referred from the Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service. Patients are referred to the practice with a voucher indicating the monetary value of treatment available to them. There are no out-of-pocket expenses for patients who provide the voucher prior to their appointment.
