Initial Consultation

At your initial consultation, your dentist will examine you, inform you and listen to you. We also take the chance to listen to what you'd like to change, and to achieve.

At the end of this visit, you will know:

• what your treatment will be
• how long it will take
• what treatment is considered priority
• what it will cost

To complete this process diagnostic x-rays may need to be taken to establish tooth and gum health. If you have had x-rays taken with another practice within 2 years of your appointment these may also be use full in your examination.

Withers Dental also employ a hygiene department to cater for professional clean and scale appointments for our patients. Our hygienists are also able to treat patients between the ages of 4-17 for their Active Maintenance requirements and some general dentistry.
